How far in advance should I place my order?

To ensure we can provide the highest quality products and services, we kindly ask that all orders be placed 7-14 days before the desired pickup date.

For custom cakes, cookies, and bulk orders, please place your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance. This allows us to properly prepare and stock the necessary ingredients to fulfill your order with care!

Do you offer shipping? 

Unfortunately, we are not offering shipping at this time. We are proudly based in Kansas City and are happy to serve customers throughout the Missouri and Kansas area for local pickup or delivery options!

What is your payment policy? 

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due at pickup. You will receive a full invoice detailing your total amount due.

We accept payments via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and cash.

Do you offer gluten-free and/or sugar-free options?

At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or sugar-free options. We specialize in high-quality fermented breads, pastries, and sweet treats, made with care and premium ingredients.
